Q: Which areas are covered by Rapid Deal?
A: At present we cover the whole of North Wales and Cheshire.
Q: What kind of properties do you purchase?
A: We purchase houses, bungalows and flats, leasehold or freehold, derelict, needing renovation or brand new properties.
Q: How fast can I get my cash?
A: Usually about 28 days, but if necessary it can be as quick as 7 days.
Q: Can I stay in my house afterwards?
A: You have the option to 'rent back your home' at an agreed monthly rate if you want to stay in your home.
Q: Is your service confidential?
A: Yes. Rapid Deal operate a strict 'client confidentiality' policy.
Q: Will you really not cost me to sell my house to you?
A: That's right. If you sell your property to us you don't pay a penny, we could even pay your legal fees.
Q: How much will you offer me?
A: We will offer you a competitive trade price. Rapid Deal will offer you between 70-85% of the open market value.
Q: Do you buy properties in poor condition?
A: Yes we do. We are interested in any type of property no matter what it's condition.
Q: Do Rapid Deal carry out a structural survey?
A: Not usually as your assigned valuer will have a good idea when looking around your property. Structural surveys can also delay the process. If we do decide your property need a structural survey we will use our own private, in-house surveyor.
Q: I have received a valuation but don't want to sell right away?
A: Your valuation is valid for 14 days, if your still unsure keep us in mind for the future as we may be able to help again.
Q: I'm selling with an estate agent, what can I do?
A: If you are registered with an estate agent to sell your property you need to carefully read through your contract. Your estate agent may still try and charge you a fee, this will depend on the exact terms of the contract you signed. Please contact us for more information.
Q: Am I obliged to accept your offer?
A: No. You are under no obligation to accept our offer and as such will not be put under any pressure to do so.
